Long description

if we need to create a net zero world by 2050, we need to start with net zero considerations from the design phase, as it determines 80% of a product’s environmental impact

the cards are designed to develop products, buildings, food menus and garments considering first the materials’ CO2e budget, rather than their economic cost

the material cards come in 3 separate sets: food ingredients, fashion textiles, and construction materials, each card stating CO2e, water and land impacts of materials, as well as social impact considerations

each set of cards will be accompanied by 3 sets of condition cards: governance or laws of the future, best and worst practices from today, and design methods and enabling technologies

material cards and condition cards, matched with a systemic design canvas will help creators create menus, cities, and clothes that are more sustainable by design
