Our project aims to prevent the elderly from becoming isolated from society. Through our proprietary smartphone application, we will collect information on community activities in aging communities and provide it to them. As seen in the Great East Japan Earthquake, Japan is prone to natural disasters. Iwate Prefecture in Japan was hit by the “Tsunami” as a result of the earthquake. Human casualties in the prefecture totaled 5,794, with 4,672 dead and 1,122 missing. Strengthening community partnerships will also help with evacuation and safety confirmation in the event of a disaster.
