Our project tackles the pressing issues of global emissions and period poverty through an innovative approach: recycling textile waste to create reusable sanitary pads. By repurposing discarded textiles, we not only mitigate the environmental impact of textile waste but also provide a sustainable solution to address period poverty. Our initiative not only benefits the environment by reducing waste but also empowers women and girls by providing them with access to affordable and eco-friendly menstrual hygiene products. Through this project, we aim to create a positive impact on both the environment and the community, contributing to a circular and regenerative future.
