Long description

We produce compostable food packaging for the restaurant industry, reincorporating agricultural waste from local crops. Taking advantage of the agricultural activity of the state of Jalisco and the processes that derive from it, we detected the opportunity to work with fibers from agro-industrial waste, such as tamarind and sugar cane, to achieve a cellulose composition that allows us to have lower costs in the manufacture of compostable and recyclable food containers than those currently available on the market. The low cost of cane bagasse, as well as the ease of storage and durability of tamarind fiber, of which we are pioneers in its use, allow us to present a unique and competitive proposal in the market. Thus, following a principle of circularity, our initiative reincorporates agroindustrial waste into a production chain to create value in products that can later be returned to the earth through compost or recycling.
