This project is based on the use of a catamaran propelled by solar energy, thanks to the installation of photovoltaic panels on the upper deck. This energy source allows for sustainable sailing, reducing the environmental footprint.

Inside the vessel, visitors find a restaurant for 18 diners. Inspired by the beauty and diversity of the seabed, the restaurant’s ambiance evokes the colors, shapes, and textures that characterize aquatic ecosystems. Every detail, from the decor to the presentation of the dishes, aims to immerse diners in an immersive and memorable experience.

This concept of a sustainable floating restaurant seeks not only to delight customers but also to promote a lifestyle respectful of the marine environment.
