neobloq offers innovative construction techniques that relies on a cleaner manufacturing process to produce fully-finished building materials that can be reused and follow a hassle-free and zero waste construction process. We redesigned our building blocks to be made from recycled plastics and once assembled, the wall has horizontal and vertical perforation where MEP and structural work is installed without demolition. We build our resources and follow a design strategy that allows for quicker on-site performance to build structures that can be dismantled, redesigned, and repurposed with minimum demolition and materials waste. Facing the linear lifecycle of construction that ends with demolition and loss of valuable resources, neobloq empowers structures to be dynamic and empowers their users by acting as their design arm. The state-of the-art of our blocks and its assembly technique is an economic solution since it is a one-time purchase prompting multiple spatial transformations using the same resources.
