Long description

Acacia Community Development Group purposes to use of microbial-based organic fertilizer and decomposed foliage soil conditioner in restoration of degraded agricultural soils. These will be prepared from locally available organic materials and will drive the push towards the achievement of selected sustainable development goals in Kenya. Healthy soils are the unsung heroes for their ability to nourish crops resulting in improved food security, sequester carbon, and support vibrant ecologically diverse and rich terrestrial ecosystem. In so doing, this transformative initiative will result in enhancement of livelihoods tapping into the emerging opportunity for improving social inclusivity and equity.
