Nuclear fusion technology is not the right approach as already evidenced by time&money spent. RHP2 is  different approach where we take steps back and think of stars as not fusion reactors but rather gravity engines.

Stars, including our Sun, are totally powered by Gravity.  With a smart design such as my innovative RHP2 technology, we can power the whole humanity for eternity.  I hold a PhD (Chemistry), I certainly appreciate that this is a big claim, and as such it requires strong supporting evidence.

How does this work? E-output increases with NumberofFalseVacuum

The design creates 2separate regions of (very)high and low pressures.  Between these regions, there are multiple zones of low pressure (false vacuum) where the fluid dwells for some time until dislodgement by pressure build-up resulting from gravitational forces.  The kinetic energy of the fluid travelling in these zones is directed to drive an electric generator.
