We are building a bespoke system to self manage new our creative hub, Leigh Works. This project will pivot our system into a turn-key solution for the commercial property sector. 

Our Smart Building System seamlessly integrates with every aspect of managing flexible workspaces. By combining access controls, energy monitoring, accounting, room booking, asset tracking, and membership management into a unified platform, we’re streamlining operations and enhance efficiency.

Our system’s intuitive features, such as dynamic adjustments to lighting, heating, and occupancy, not only reduce manual intervention and energy wastage but also reimagine the way buildings interact with occupants and surroundings.

Reconnecting spaces with their communities, especially in smaller towns and cities, unlocks new opportunities for flexible workspaces in smaller properties, aligning with the vision of the 15-minute city. By driving this paradigm shift, our Smart Building System aims to revolutionise the way we work and interact with our built environment.
