Long description

In the Netherlands, despite ambitious sustainability targets, a shortage of skilled technicians hinders progress against climate change, leaving over 50,000 vital roles unfilled. The Switch addresses this gap by merging the roles of a green tech installation company and a training institute, dedicated to fostering a workforce equipped to meet these challenges. As a social enterprise, we are committed to sustainable entrepreneurship, offering fair wages, stable contracts, and profit sharing when possible, emphasizing equality and opportunity.

Our mission extends beyond installations of solar panels and green technologies; we are deeply committed to social inclusion and empowerment. We provide comprehensive training and job opportunities, particularly for individuals with refugee backgrounds, transforming them into skilled professionals who are instrumental in driving the green energy transition. Through our dual approach, we not only contribute to the climate fight but also champion a model where business success and social impact go hand in hand.
