Created as part of a master thesis in 2022-23 Treasure Visions is a creative toolkit aiming to expand the lifespan of products and enhance their intangible value. Addressing the textile and fashion industry the card deck wants nothing less than revolutionizing the industry’s design approach – transitioning from a fast paced product throughput that leaves behind a trail of emissions and waste towards a purpose-driven and people-oriented demeanor. It offers a unique fusion of design principles and user-centric methodologies helping to design savvy features that keep items in use for longer, while paving the way for economically sound business models. Applied in a workshop setting the toolkit challenges designers to think in a more holistic way and opens up new perspectives.
